Air Force Common Admission Test AFCAT 2 : Salary
The information on the stipend and allowances for officers in the Indian Air Force is as follows:
Stipend: Cadets will get a stipend of Rs. 56,100 throughout their last year of training.
Young Air Officers will be paid at Level 10 of the seventh Central Pay Commission’s pay matrix, which spans from Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,10,700, after successfully completing their training.
Officers would also earn a military service payment (MSP) of Rs. 15,500.
Additional compensation:
Officers in the Flying Branch are entitled to an additional allowance of Rs. 11,250 per month.
Officers in the Technical Branch are eligible for an additional Rs. 2,500 in compensation each month.

Registration Process :
- Visit the Indian Air Force’s official website or click the linked link.
- To begin the registration procedure, click “New User Register” on the webpage.
- To register, provide your email address and mobile number.
- An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the email and mobile number you provided during registration.
- Complete the OTP and press “Submit.”
- Your registered email and cellphone number will receive a login ID and password.

Selection Process
The following is the selection procedure for AFCAT 2 2023:
Step 1
Officer Intelligence Rating Test: Applicants will take a test to gauge their mental capacity and intelligence.
Candidates will be given an image and asked to construct a story based on it for the image Perception and Discussion Test (PP&DT), which is followed by a group discussion.
Note that Stage 1 is the screening test, and unsuccessful candidates will not be accepted and will not move on to Stage 2 of the AFSB Testing process.
Step 2:
Psychological Exams: Professional psychologists will provide written psychological exams to candidates.
Group testing: These assessments combine physical and mental challenges to assess candidates on a range of criteria.
AFSB Interview: A personal interview will be held with candidates by an interviewing officer.
Test using the Computerized Pilot Selection System (CPSS): Only applicants for the Flying Branch are required to take this test.
Medical Examination
A medical checkup will be scheduled for recommended individuals.
The Institute of Aviation Medicine in Bengaluru and the Air Force Central Medical Establishment (AFCME) are the two locations where the medical examination will be performed.
