degree with a minimum grade point average of 50% from an accredited university.

Junior Civil Engineer:

Civil engineering diploma from a reputable institution, or something equivalent.

Surveyor:

From a reputable institute, a diploma OR a two-year National Trade Certificate in Surveying, or an equivalent.  two years of survey job experience.

Patwari:

a degree from a reputable university or its equivalent.

Assistant Junior Secretariat:

12th grade or an equivalent degree from a recognized university or board. Typing at a rate of 35 words per minute (wpm) for English or 30 wpm for Hindi on a computer (10500 wpm and 9000 wpm, respectively, based on an average of 5 key depressions each word).
