Educational Qualification of HPCL Recruitment 2023 Graduate Apprentices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
- General/OBC-NC candidates require 60% total marks of all semesters/years, and SC/ST/PwBD (VH/HH/OH) candidates require 50%.
Age Limit (as of 26th May 2023):
- Applicants must be at least 18, but not more than 25.
- SC/ST candidates have a maximum age relaxation of 5 years.
- OBC candidates can relax their age by three years.
- Maximum age relaxation of ten years for PwBD candidates (VH/HH/OH)
Selection Process for Graduate Apprentices :
Graduate Apprentices (Non-Engineering) positions will be selected in the following manner:
Interview: Candidates who fulfill all of the above-mentioned eligibility criteria will be called for an interview. The management reserves the right to decide how many candidates will be called for interviews. The interviews are expected to be held tentatively in June, 2023.
Merit Lists: All India merit lists will be made based on the candidates’ academic results and performance in the interview.
Final Offer: The candidate will be able to receive the final offer for Apprenticeship Training after successfully completing the medical test conducted in accordance with HPCL standards.
