ISRO VSSC Internship 2023 Details

ISRO VSSC Internship 2023 – Requirement 

• The candidate must be an Indian national.
• Students who have only taken science and technology courses pertinent to DoS/ISRO programs will be taken into consideration.
• Due to facility restrictions, the number of students selected for internships may change. The decision to accept or reject the application is up to VSSC.
• Given the volume of internship applications submitted, it might not be possible to accept all of them. In the case that their application is rejected during the screening process, students are recommended to consider other organizations as alternatives.
• A student may only complete one internship per degree.
• Only the ‘Unclassified Areas of VSSC/ISRO’ will be allowed for the student to do an internship.
• VSSC/ISRO will not provide any financial aid, salary, or stipends during the internship.

ISRO VSSC Recruitment Internship 2023 – Internship Block Period

• For two block periods, the ISRO Internship 2023 (VSSC) is offered. Each has a minimum of 21 days and a maximum of 45 days. Candidates who were not selected for the May-July block may still submit an application for the forthcoming October-December block.

ISRO Internship 2023 – General Instructions 

• A cumulative grade of at least 60% or a CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale is required to apply for an internship.
• A thorough biodata with the information of educational qualifications, prior internships or projects completed (if any), talents, a statement of areas of interest, and work experience (if any) must be attached separately with the certificate of degree or provisional degree.
• The application form, as well as the student’s declaration and the Principal or HOD’s, must be completed completely.
• On or before the deadline noted above, the application in the specified form, fully filled by the applicant, and duly approved by the Principal/HOD, should be received in HRDD, VSSC. Applications that are incomplete will be rejected.
• The application can be addressed to preethi_elizabeth@vssc.gov.in or scanned and emailed to Head, HRDD, VSSC, ISRO P.O, Thiruvananthapuram – 695 022. The student would be informed whether their application was accepted or rejected.

ISRO Internship 2023 – Eligibility Criteria

• Students who recently finished a conventional on-campus program in BE/B Tech, ME/M Tech, M Sc, Integrated MSc, B Sc (Physics/Chemistry), or BS-MS (Physics/Chemistry) are eligible for an internship.
