Associate Client Care Roles & Responsibilities:

• Six days a week, provide email-based customer service to OneDirect clients.
• Work with business teams to acquire insights on client product usage and optimize client experiences.
• Understand the product’s technical implementation and handle issues and requests presented by clients and business teams.
• To handle client difficulties, collaborate closely with the OneDirect tech team.
• Learn the product thoroughly and validate client-reported concerns.
• Manage client email messages sent out on a weekly basis.
• Conduct online demonstrations and walkthroughs for remote clients.
