SSC MTS Eligibility Criteria 2023:

Candidates must meet the following criteria as of August 1, 2023 to be eligible for SSC MTS Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must have completed their 10th grade or Matriculation from a recognized board.

SSC MTS 2023 Age Limit:

SSC MTS Exam Selection Process 2023 

The following steps make up the SSC MTS Recruitment 2023 selection procedure for both Havaldar and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) posts:

Computer Based Test (CBT): A Computer Based Test is required of all qualified candidates. A multiple-choice test will be administered throughout the CBT, which will be done online. The examination will judge the candidates’ subject-specific knowledge and ability.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates who pass the computer-based test for the Havaldar position must thereafter take the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and the Physical Standard Test (PST). During the PET, candidates will be required to perform physical tasks like jogging, high jumping, long jumping, and other exercises to demonstrate their physical stamina.

SSC MTS 2023 Salary

Following are the salary information for the SSC MTS (Multi-tasking Staff) and Havaldar posts in 2023:

Basic Salary: The starting salary for the posts of MTS and Havaldar is Rs. 18,000/-.

Grade salary: Rs. 1800 is the grade salary for both positions.

7th Pay Commission: In accordance with the 7th Pay Commission’s recommendations, SSC MTS and Havaldar in-hand salaries will vary from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month.

Pay Range: The pay range for the roles of MTS and Havaldar is from Rs. 5200 to Rs. 20200.

Variations by city: The pay may change a little depending on the city or place where the job is advertised. According to government regulations, some benefits, such as House Rent Allowance (HRA), Dearness Allowance (DA), and other applicable allowances, may vary depending on the city type (X, Y, or Z).
