• Any recognized university’s graduates or postgraduates (B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.E./M.Tech, or M.Sc. in computer science) are eligible for Tech 2023 Mahindra Off-Campus Drive
• Only the most recent batches from 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 are eligible. 
• Must have a cumulative GPA of 6 or at least 60% in all academic levels (10th, 12th, graduate, and postgraduate).
• When you first join, there shouldn’t be any backlog at all; otherwise, you risk being rejected.
• Candidate’s age must be under 25 years old.
• You must possess advanced knowledge in programming languages like C, C++, Java, or Python.

Tech Mahindra Off Campus Hiring for Trainee Engineer– Selection Process

The following describes the Tech Mahindra off-campus drive selection process:

• Online Aptitude Test: To start, you will take an online aptitude test to gauge your technical, verbal, mathematical, and reasoning skills. 46 multiple-choice questions must be answered within a set amount of time.
• Discussion in Groups: Students who pass the aptitude test will be invited to the Discussion in Groups. Candidates participate in a group discussion in which their communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are assessed.
• Technical Interview : Candidates that succeed in the coding test will be shortlisted for the technical interview. You’ll be asked technical questions about things like programming languages, data structures, algorithms, and database principles. You could also have to work through a code challenge during the interview.
• HR Round : This is the last interview you will have with HR. The HR interviewer will ask you questions about your personality, salary expectations, strengths, weaknesses, career aspirations, and personal information during this interview.
